Purchases and Refunds

SpeakEQ session-minute packages are consumable in-app purchases processed by the app store used to make the purchase. SpeakEQ does not receive or store your full payment card details.
If purchased minutes are missing
Before requesting a refund, contact support@speakeq.ai with the email address on your SpeakEQ account, the package name, purchase date, and the order or transaction ID from your store receipt. Do not send full payment card details.
We will check whether the purchase reached your SpeakEQ account and try to restore any minutes that were paid for but not delivered.
Apple App Store purchases
Apple reviews and processes refunds for purchases made through the App Store. SpeakEQ and RevenueCat cannot issue an Apple refund directly.
- Visit Report a Problem and sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
- Choose Request a refund and select a reason.
- Select the SpeakEQ purchase and submit the request.
Apple generally provides an update within 24 to 48 hours. If approved, the time needed for the credit to reach the original payment method depends on that payment method and financial institution.
Google Play purchases
For purchases made through Google Play, use the Google Play refund request or contact support@speakeq.ai for help. Eligibility depends on Google Play’s policies, the purchase, your location, and when the request is submitted.
Refund decisions and account records
The applicable app store decides whether a refund is approved. Approved refunds are returned through the store and payment method used for the purchase. SpeakEQ cannot accelerate a store’s review or bank processing time.
To help resolve a refund request, SpeakEQ may use RevenueCat to provide the app store with limited information about the purchase, such as whether the minute package was delivered or used. See our Privacy Policy for details.
