We're building a private, real-time coach that listens to how you speak and helps you sound the way you mean to.
We started SpeakEQ because the hardest part of communication isn’t finding the right words. It’s making sure the words that come out carry the feeling you actually intended. A sentence that reads warm in a message can land cold in a meeting. A pitch you rehearsed can sound uncertain the first time it leaves your mouth in front of someone real.
What it does
SpeakEQ listens to short samples of how you speak and gives you private, real-time feedback on tone, pace, clarity, and expression. Think of it less like a grammar checker and more like a very patient coach who has heard thousands of versions of the same sentence and can tell you which one is going to land.
Why now
The models for understanding expressive speech have quietly gotten very good. They’re now accurate enough that the feedback feels specific instead of generic, and fast enough that you can get it in the moment, before you hit send on that voice note or walk into the next call.
